Fulfillment
All ROY VIROK orders are fulfilled through our logistics partner, ensuring secure and reliable delivery across the European Union.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:
- a shipping confirmation email, and
- a tracking link to follow your parcel in real time.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship exclusively to:
- all countries within the European Union.
At this time, we do not ship outside the EU.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once prepared and handed over to our logistics partner, transit times will depend on the destination country.
Delivery Times (Estimated)
Estimated delivery times within the EU are as follows:
- Spain: 24–72 hours
- Portugal: 2–3 business days
- France: 1–2 business days
- Germany: 2–3 business days
- Italy: 2–3 business days
- Austria: 3–4 business days
- Belgium: 2–3 business days
- Netherlands: 2–3 business days
- Poland: 3–4 business days
- Czech Republic: 2–3 business days
- Luxembourg: 2–3 business days
- Slovakia: 2–3 business days
- Croatia: 3–4 business days

Deliveries to islands, remote areas or difficult-access zones may require additional transit time. These delivery windows are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to operational circumstances.
Shipping Costs
We offer free express shipping across the European Union.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive:
- a shipping confirmation email, and
- a tracking number to monitor your parcel.
If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@royvirok.com.
Delivery Attempts & Customer Responsibility
Our logistics partner may require a signature or leave a delivery notice if you are unavailable at the time of delivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- provide a complete and accurate delivery address,
- ensure someone is available to receive the parcel when required, and
- collect the parcel from the designated pickup point if delivery cannot be completed at the address provided.
If an order is returned due to non-collection, failed delivery caused by customer inaction, or an incorrect/incomplete address, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
Pre-Orders
Products marked as Pre-Order will ship on the date specified on their product page.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused by the customer or returned to us as undeliverable, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
Damaged Packages
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:
- the external packaging,
- the product received, and
- the shipping label.
We will review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
