Refund policy
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 4 hours of placing it by emailing:
Cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet entered fulfillment with our logistics partner.
Order processing may begin immediately after purchase.
If the order has already entered fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled.
In this case, you may request a return after delivery, in accordance with our return policy below.
Returns — Discovery Size (15 ml)
All sales of the Discovery Size (15 ml) are final.
This format is intended exclusively for sampling and cannot be returned or refunded.
Returns — Full-Size Fragrances (100 ml)
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

The fragrance is completely unused.

The cellophane seal is fully intact.

The bottle and packaging are in perfect condition.
If the cellophane seal is not intact, the return will not be authorized and no return label will be issued.

Clear images showing the intact cellophane seal
All return requests are subject to prior authorization.
Return Shipping & Inspection
If your return is approved:

You will receive a PDF return label.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the final refund.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upon arrival, the product will be inspected.

Unopened and intact → Refund issued (minus return shipping).

Opened, used, damaged, or seal broken → Return rejected and the item will be sent back to you.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If received, such items will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at info@royvirok.com, including photos of:

The outer packaging

The product
-
The damage
Please retain the product and packaging until further instructions are provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Opened or used fragrances

Products with broken or missing seals

Damaged packaging

Discovery Size (15 ml)

Limited or special edition items
